TOPCHIRO is looking for a reliable and communicative Intake Coordinator to support our clinics by handling incoming leads. In this role, you will contact potential clients, conduct short prequalification calls, answer basic questions, and schedule chiropractic intake examinations.

You are often the first point of contact for new clients, so a calm, professional, and clear communication style is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact new leads by phone

• Conduct structured prequalification calls

• Explain the intake process clearly and professionally

• Schedule clients for chiropractic intake examinations

• Accurately record call outcomes and appointments

• Work independently from home while following clear procedures

What We’re Looking For

• Strong verbal communication skills in Dutch and English

• Professional and friendly phone manner

• Comfortable speaking with new people

• Well-organized and reliable

• Basic computer skills and ability to work with scheduling systems

• Experience in healthcare, customer service, or call handling is a plus, but not required
